It seems like this week is focused more on compilations and cover releases, with new material here and there. Those releasing ‘best of’ CDs include: The Goo Goo Dolls, Spice Girls and of course the much publicized Led Zeppelin “Mothership” compilation.
Prog rock supergroup Queensrÿche as well as the Phili quintet from Boyz II Men have each released a cover record in the form of “Take Cover” and respectively “Motown: A Journey Through Hitsville USA.” As for the albums out this week that feature original and new material, worth mentioning are the LPs from Alicia Keys, Seal and Celine Dion.
