“What about the emerging, young and aspiring bands? I’ll leave you to ponder upon that.”

The days of making millions from selling albums is over. The future of revenue for bands is ticket sales, new bands will boost their ticket sales by making their material available as cheap or free downloads. All thats lost is the leeches that accompany the industry at the moment. their loss will not be mourned by anyone but themselves.

“set by Prince” because you don’t know the real ones who do this for years and years. My friend’s band is over because we did all the cds for R$ 2,98 each and sold it for R$ 3,00. And the songs are all over the internet. There are many other artists providing very good songs on the net for a long time, “and are way cooler about it than these boring fucks”
