Tomorrow’s trick or treat day and NYC native rapper Aesop Rock makes no exception, by delivering to us a sweet Halloween themed video, for his lyrically spitting “Coffee.” The video revolves around flesh eating, dancing zombies, with a some great shots and directing from behalf of Ace Norton, who successfully recreated the old B movie horror movies vibe. It’s actually a somewhat Grindhouse spoof, particularly resembling the Planet Terror segment of the movie (and what a bad ass movie it is!); see QOTSA’s latest video for 3’s and 7’s to see some similar Grindhouse pwnage. “Coffee” is from this year’s ZME recommended None Shall Pass.
