New Music Monday: June 7

We’ve got a whole indie extravaganza this week on our hands as a slew of hot releases are making their way into your iPods. What I can personally recommend you should pick up this week is Delta Spirit’s “History from Below“, Blitzen Trapper’s “Destroyer of the Void“, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti “Before Today“, Against Me!’s “White Crosses“, Hot Hot Heat’s “Future Beads” or, of course, Nada Surfs’ “If I Had A Hi-Fi“.

As for some pretty cool merch, you can try spending a big buck on something exquisite like the Disintegration box set, the 3-CD remastered edition of the Cure’s 1989 album, which also contains the the legendary Cure 1989 Wembley Arena show, plus some various demos lying around Robert Smith’s attic.
