New Bruce Springsteen video: ‘Radio Nowhere’

Some time ago we uploaded [tag]Bruce Springsteen[/tag] latest single “Radio Nowhere” and put it out for download, now the video for this awesome track has surfaced. It’s great we can get a glimpse of the E Street band in videos for a change, I honestly feel their terribly underrated. The video itself is made out of bits of big city life society (traffic, crowds, tall buildings etc) and Boss featuring E Street jamming.

Mew Menomena video: ‘Evil Bee’

Portland based experimental band Menomena are back with a new video about “the bird and the bees”, a tale of love or circle of life documentary, you’ll be the judge of that. The “Evil Bee” video has succeeded in diverging my focus entirely on the video, barely noticing the song at all, and that’s a big thumbs up for director Stefan Nadelman. Glasses of redish liquid are carries across assembly lines, until finally they reach…

I live outside of the US, but as I’m not part of the work force, I’ll…

Deerhunter turn fourpiece again

A few days ago it was sadly announced, via the bands MySpace, that their lead guitarist Colin Mee has left the band and that they are now once again a four piece band. Apparently the reasons why Colin left the band were that the tours were a “strain on his schedule” and the what the band “stood for in the media didn’t reflect anything about his tastes or values”. The band have already played a…
