Your favorite indie party animals/swamp rats, the Atlantian quartet Black Lips, are prepping the release of their upcoming latest LP, “200 Million Thousand.” The band’s last studio effort, Good Bad Not Evil, was packed with loads of Southern canon run fun, and, from the looks of it, 200 doesn’t sound any lower, quality and fun-wise.

The first single is called “Short Fuse” and it just got released and offered for free download today. Hectic vocals ranging through out the song, a dirty Southern bass line and a skimmy guitar work at the end won’t probably make this a song to remember, but it’ll definitely break the ice @ parties. 200 Million Thousand is out February 24th via VICE Records.
