New The Walkmen video: ‘On The Water’
Directed by Nir Ben Jacob, The Walkmen’s latest video for the troubling “On The Water” starts innocent enough, featuring close ups with two really lovely bunnies, despite the CGI environment. Pitch black and stormy skies don’t foretell anything but trouble though, and the video gets a turn for the worst. The animation, although not by far breath taking or anything, does very well to capture emotions, like fear, anxiety or sadness.
Pretty good for a low-budget.
