Bubblegum power pop isn’t exactly everybody’s favorite cup of tea, but you’ve gotta admit there’s something terribly fun about bubbly ballads, catchy loops and … The Bicycles. The way too short or way too long “What A Fool,” whichever of the two you believe, is a perfect example of the band’s carefree music. The video’s geeky technique is well damn hilarious, too!
