It’s official, Linkin Park and 30 Seconds To Mars are going on a tour together. The tour titled Carnivores Tour, will take place in North America in late summer, and they will also be joined by AFI. Also, Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park explains the name of the tour as:

Carnivores is a metaphor that is meant to convey an appetite for something visceral and substantive, and I feel that’s exactly the hunger this tour will feed.

Also recently, Linkin Park posted a studio teaser which shares a sample from some of the band’s newest music. Talking about their upcoming music, Mike said that:
