Chad UNITED STATES Says, in 2-19-2008 at 00:49:11

ashes of the innocent is one of the best songs, and it isnt even on the regular cd.

waking the demon & scream aim fire are also very good. they both are intense and thrashy.

forever and always is a nice ending to the cd. great song.

the rest of the album? eh…so-so. nothing ground breaking or new and exciting.

are the 4 songs i listed worth buying the album? keep in mind ashes of the innocent isnt even on regular version. (i had to download it)

The reviewer said some valid things:

“the guitar is basically simple stuff and the riffs are somewhat predictable at a certain point”

“they are just a bit predictable”

“they’ve still a long way to go”

“there’s not much to say about the songs, except for the fact that they’re a bit repetitive”

The reviewer spent more time commenting that the music is pretty repetitive than anything else, and couldn’t even mention specific songs in the album.

Mindless drivel-lyrics that were done by Iron Maiden 20 years ago. Theres so much more better metal out there, with more heart and talent than this band can muster.
