Hot Streaming: The Smashing Pumpkins - ‘G.L.O.W.’ (radio rip)

Post filled in: Hot Streaming, Rock
Marketing, Play Station 2 and rock music. Yup, two words: Guitar Hero. Now, with so many artists releasing their music in premiere or even in total exclusivity via Guitar Hero or Rock Band (rewind a bit to the recent Metallica/Guitar Hero/Death Magnetic scandal), it’s really no surprise that one of the biggest money wolves in the industry, The Smashing Pumpkins (read Billy Corgan), will soon release a three track single via Guitar Hero, which also contains a brand new song, called “G.L.O.W.”
The single was aired today by Chicago’s own local radio station Q101 and was soon ripped by a gracious listner of the station. Thanks, dude!
Oh, as for the song you can find YouTube stream right bellow. Sound-wise, it’s pretty decent, I mean it’s a few gears superior to last year’s Zeitgeist, but still no where near classics like “Tonight, Tonight” or “1979.” Fans, keep an eye on the upcoming Pumpkins live DVD!
