Grizzly Bear paid a visit to Letterman’s Late Show last week (how the heck did I miss this?!), where they played an incredible performance of “Ready, Able” with a string quartet. The end result was simply stunning - clean, sharp and full of passion. No One Does It Like Grizzly Bear, I guess :).
Definitely glad they didn’t choose to play the usual Two Weeks. Which reminds me, if you haven’t done so already, you should really check out this Two Weeks/Lil Wayne mashup we put out for download a while ago.
